Sombra’s biggest weakness in this game can be considered to be one-shotted. Thus there are mainly two heroes that can do that. But what makes Hanzo the best counter is also his Sonic Arrow. This ability basically reveals the position of the enemies in its range. Which is a great way to counter Sombra’s Stealth. Once you learn her location you have to make sure you deal her damage powerful enough to one-shot her. Basically, you have to hit her with a headshot.
Widowmaker
Widowmaker is another option to counter Sombra, but probably not as strong as Hanzo. While Hanzo gets Sonic arrow to learn Sombra’s position, Widowmaker has no such ability.
